The investment strategy consists of 3 key sub-strategies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Strategy<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Typical Investments<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Target Allocation<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Growth<\/strong><\/td><td>Thematic \u2013 e.g. AI, Technology<br>Above average growth companies<br>Emerging markets<\/td><td>60%<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>All Weather <\/strong><\/td><td>Income Strategies<br>Multi-strategies (Growth \/ Value)<\/td><td>25%<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Defensive<\/strong><\/td><td>Absolute return \/ Hedge Funds<br>Bonds<br>Infrastructure<\/td><td>15%<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The analyst position would offer a rotation across the three strategies and the investment strategy team. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Role &amp; Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Identify and maintain a pipeline of potential investments and conduct peer group analysis for the sub-strategy sleeve and funds that you are responsible for.<\/li><li>For the funds that you are responsible for, produce summary monitoring notes on a quarterly and annual basis.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications \/ Experience<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A genuine passion for investing and a finance degree or professional qualification is preferred.<\/li><li>Comfort in writing short length reports with market updates.<\/li><li>Experience in fund selection is preferred but not essential.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Application Process<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please send your CV and a short cover letter (of no more than 200 words) outlining your interest and suitability for this role to <a href=\"mailto:contact@tamilendowmentfund.org\">contact@tamilendowmentfund.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Deadline<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis and applications will not be considered after successful candidates are found.
